Accounts

All SDSURF employees are entitled to a Foundation e-mail account. Request an e-mail account using the Projects E-mail Account Registration form.

Request access to additional secure systems:

• P I Profile Access Request
  Must be submitted with all required signatures to the Project Administrator.
• Employee Gateway PIN Request Form
• Online Recruitment System (ORS)
  Click on the "Request Account" link located on the left.

Passwords

To view your e-mail account's password status login to My Service Desk. You can change your password as well as setup a Challenge Question and Answer. The Challange Question and Answer is required if you need to reset your password using the online Password/PIN Reset Form. Additional information regarding your e-mail account password may be viewed in the My Service Desk FAQ.

Reset your password in other secure systems:

• Online Recruitment System: Contact HRIS at hris@foundation.sdsu.edu or (619) 594-4543.
• P I Profile: Attempt to login to get the reset mechanism.
• Employee Gateway: Enter User ID and click "Forgot Pin".
