The University is collecting contact data for all SDSU employees to be used in the event of an emergency or a health and safety concern. Providing this information is voluntary. The information provided will be used for emergency notification by Public Safety. Please note: SDSU will use their best efforts to attempt to contact staff through the supplied information, but cannot guarantee that you will be notified. You may incur a text message charge from your cell phone provider for SDSU messages, which may include quarterly tests of the systems. To participate and provide your information please logon to My Service Desk using your Foundation e-mail account or personal e-mail address and PIN if you have registerd. If you do not have a Foundation e-mail address and have not registered, request a PIN using the Emergency Notofication PIN Request Form.
